1:This machine use co-extrusion technology to produce max 3 layers sheet like ABA,AB,BAB structure.

8:Cloth hanger type structure T-Die with screw pull for thickness adjustment and width is adjustable.
9:L type calendering unit consists of 3 mirror rollers with surface roughness ≤0.025μm and centricity ≤0.005mm,adopted with Japan brand bearing,which guarantee sheet thickness variation ±0.01mm.Each roller is independently driven by high quality AC motor with AB speed inverter.(Horizontal type calendering unit for option)
10: PID automatically controlling system guarantees the surface temperature variation of rollers ±1°C.
11:Long national cooling unit with scrap trimmed allows sheet enough time to cool down and trimmed to requested width before taking off unit.
12:Taking off unit with scrap winding is driven by torque motor.
